GROUP RESERVATIONS & PRIVATE PARTIES

Park Lane Tavern welcomes the opportunity to host your private, semi-private party, or corporate event. We offer a variety of both food and drink options that are certain to suit all of your needs. We are confident our experienced staff will treat you and your guests with exceptional customer service.

We offer three different spaces that are all furnished to host any event whether it be a casual cocktail hour or a more traditional seated dinner and everything in between. We offer a variety of menu options, however, can customize a menu for your needs.

Guests under 21 years of age and properly supervised minors are both welcome.

Dress Code
Though no dress code is enforced, dress is normally described as "casual" to "business casual". No jackets are required.

Banquet Menus
We have course selections and sample menus available for you. Park Lane Tavern will personalize and print these menus for you at no additional cost.

Beverages
All alcohol is billed on a per consumption basis. We can create a drink menu to reflect your specific needs/ spending limit. For example, if you want to limit your guests to just wine and draft beer, we will provide a drink menu with these selections. If you wish to limit your guests to a specific number of drinks, drink tickets are also available upon request. Custom-printed drink menus are provided with no additional cost. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Room Fees
Park Lane Tavern reserves the right to require minimum spend guarantees for particular events. These may be stated as a dollar amount and/ or a guaranteed minimum number of attendees. If on the evening of the event, the total dollar amount of the bill for food and beverage does not reach the specified requirement, the difference will be assessed as a room fee charge.

Contract & Deposit
A signed contract, as well as a deposit will be collected to secure reservations.

Deposit Amount:

  • Bavarian Hunt Room: Lunch $50 | Dinner $150

  • Private Dining Room: Lunch $100 |Dinner $250
     

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the bill. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the account balance is due at the conclusion of the event.

Guest Count
A final guest count must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the event.

Decorations
Guests may arrive early to set up & decorate the space. No nails, staples, or holes of any kind will be allowed. Any damage as a result of decorations is the responsibility of the guest. No confetti or glitter will be allowed. Guest will be responsible for taking down and disposing of any decorations at the end of your event.

Entertainment/DJ
Guests may provide outside entertainment in the form of a band or DJ for their event in the private dining room. Only acoustic type music may be used in the Bavarian Hunt Room. The cost for any entertainment is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Projector
A projector may be used for no additional charge.

Linen / Tablecloth  
Park Lane Tavern will provide white linen table clothes if requested. Any additional linen must be provided by the guest at the sole responsibility of the guest.

Cancellations
Contracted events must be canceled at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event for a full refund of the deposit. Deposits will be refunded in the form of a Park Lane Tavern Gift Card. All contracted events in the month of December will require a 30-day notice of cancellation.

Taxes & Gratuities
State tax, sales tax, and an 18% gratuity will automatically be added to the final bill.

Parking  
There are three free parking garages and a parking lot within a short walking distance of the restaurant. There is also some street parking.

The Bavarian Hunt Room
Modeled after Hunting Lodges in Germany, this room does not disappoint. The centerpiece of the room is our grand custom stone fireplace surrounded by gorgeous leather button back furniture. The room features beautiful decor including a mounted Red Stag, an exquisite antique organ converted into a bar, and a working wind-up record player.    Seating includes both banquet style seating, high top cocktail tables, and a casual seating area in front of the fireplace. There is also a private patio with comfortable couches. The room holds 55 people for a seated dinner and roughly 70 guests for a more informal gathering.

  • Lunch: $150

  • Dinner: Sunday through Thursday $800 | Friday & Saturday $1,000


The PLT Social Room
This room features banquet style seating, a fully stocked bar with sixteen draft beer lines, a beautiful stone fireplace, multiple TVs, and a projection screen. With a separate front entrance and separate door leading to the restrooms, this room is completely private. The room features its own separate volume controls so you can adjust the music of your playlist or to play sound for your business presentation. This room features neutral colors to allow our guests to decorate the room as they see fit. This room accommodates 60 seated dinner guests and 100 guests for a cocktail standing event.

Food & Beverage Minimum Rates  

  • Lunch: $350

  • Dinner: Sunday through Thursday $1,200 | Friday & Saturday $2,000
